The skirt is similar to the one in the photo, but not exactly the same. It consists of three layers: a black lining up to the knees, long black tulle, and colored tulle. It has less fabric than in the photo because the lining shows through, you can see its edge. The second problem is that the edge of the tulle is not trimmed. This causes the tulle to catch on everything, like pantyhose, upholstery on furniture, etc.
