    Estimated Delivery & Delays

    • Delivery times displayed on product pages are estimated and vary by product and destination.
    • Delays within the estimated delivery window do not qualify for refunds.

    Significant Delivery Delays

    A refund request may be reviewed if:

    • The delivery exceeds the maximum estimated timeframe, and
    • The order has not been delivered, and
    • A dispute has been opened with the supplier via AliExpress.

    Refund Process

    • Refunds and returns are subject to supplier policies and the AliExpress dispute resolution process.

    We act solely as an intermediary to assist with communication and claims.

    • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
    • We cannot issue refunds before supplier confirmation

    Refund Timing and Method
    Refunds are issued by KANZY only after the supplier (AliExpress) has approved and processed the refund.
    Once the refunded amount is received by us from the supplier, we will process the refund to the customer using the original payment method (PayPal or card).
    Refund processing times may vary depending on supplier confirmation and payment gateway processing.

    Order Cancellation & Refunds

    • Orders canceled before supplier submission are fully refundable.
    • Orders canceled after supplier submission are subject to supplier policies.

    Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer
    • Minor delays within estimated delivery time
    • Customs delays or import restrictions
    • Customer refusal to accept delivery

    • Only part of an order is affected
    • A supplier approves a partial compensation
