- Delays within the estimated delivery window do not qualify for refunds.

Significant Delivery Delays
A refund request may be reviewed if:
- The delivery exceeds the maximum estimated timeframe, and
- The order has not been delivered, and
- A dispute has been opened with the supplier via AliExpress.

- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- We cannot issue refunds before supplier confirmation.

- Orders canceled before supplier submission are fully refundable.
- Orders canceled after supplier submission are subject to supplier policies.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Incorrect address provided by the customer

- Customs delays or import restrictions
